FrParameters - Change clip's parameters BEFORE FX are applied

With FrParameters you can decide at which point in the pipeline clip parameters are applied. This plugin was initially developed to overcome some shortcomings of Resolume 3 (see below) Since Resolume 4 it is possible to change the order of vidoe clip effects and clip transformation. However there might be some situations where you wish to add another clip transformation. That's where FrParameters (re)enters Arena.

For example there is an FX called Cube Tiles, if you want to rotate the whole cube, no problem. Just apply the FX to the video, go to the clip's properties panel and rotate the z-axis. Looks like this:

But if you want to rotate the tiles of the cube (rotate the video before the Cube Tiles FX is applied), you will need this plugin. Just place it right before the Cube Tiles FX (or any other FX like, Keystone, Ripples, etc.) and rotate the z-axis in FrParameters.

I cannot praise this plugin highly enough!

Past a certain point, almost all VJs will find it essential, given the way that Resolume manages rendering of clip vs layer effects, and clip vs layer geometry transforms.

I used it extensively to produce this:

I only used two still images to produce this, everything else is done with Resolume effects.
